When a well-known research firm and a global investment bank needed a live event and webcast partner for one of their biggest industry events of the year, they tapped into MultiVu’s expertise for the highly anticipated event. Wolfe Research Group held their 15th Annual Global Transportation & Industrials Conference at Nomura’s Headquarters in NYC. Nomura, a global financial services group, and Wolfe Research Group, a premier equity research firm have been in a strategic alliance for nearly two years. The event included around the clock speaker sessions, panels, and roundtables, plus presentations from major transportation industry executives, including the CEOs from American Airlines, JetBlue, Spirit, Frontier, and many others.
Wolfe | Nomura brought MultiVu onboard to handle all on site video production, live streaming, and webcast hosting for the event.
The event featured sessions that were a mix of in person and virtual presentations, with our on site team handling clean up edits of each session for archiving. In addition to the webcast portal page build, there were also individual pages built for each streaming session.
MultiVu utilized bonded cellular streaming technology for this event due to bandwidth and Wi-Fi limitations at the location. By combining multiple 5G connections into one consistent signal, the team forged their own connectivity resource to get out both streams.
From Dan Conboy, Director, Live Events at MultiVu. “I just want to give a giant kudos to Evan Horisk and the rest of the MultiVu production team who were on site! This project was a monster, and they were running around like crazy for 3 days trying to adjust to shifting schedules, address client needs, and handle demanding CEOs. Also, big thanks to Heather Weiss who was on site with Evan and brought home all the master files to upload each night for the archive. It was a total team effort and both Nomura and Wolfe clients are absolutely thrilled!”
