Antigua Sustainable Aquaculture & Grenada Sustainable Aquaculture
Dubai, 17th October, 2016 - Antigua Sustainable Aquaculture ("ASA") and Grenada Sustainable Aquaculture ("GSA") are separate companies but share the same technologies and methodologies, senior management and business models.
A unique aspect of the ASA and GSA business model for the investor is the opportunity to join the high technology paradigm via Intellectual Property ("IP").
ASA and GSA are using the latest proven technology in aquaculture available in the world today. More importantly, ASA and GSA are improving certain technologies where they own the Intellectual Property rights. These IP rights can be extremely lucrative in the short term as well as long term.
For example, the unique IP may be licensed to other aquaculture projects and fish farms for an annual fee plus a percentage of their annual gross sales. A simple franchise model utilizing ASA's and GSA's high tech Intellectual Property.
This IP profit center is in addition to the sales of the core aquaculture products such as fish and seaweed.
ASA and GSA are the only companies in the worldwide citizenship by investment market offering the IP profit center in addition to core product profits and equity growth. Their high tech Integrated Multi Trophic Aquaculture ("IMTA") model allows for the IP aspect to be an additional benefit for the CBI/CIP investor.
