Wuhan, China, June 12, 2017
Network anchors, cartoons of video games, electronic sports, famous movie production companies, delicious food, cosplay, fashion, music shows — this is the carnival of Wuhan live show network company DouYu. The company boomed quickly in just 3 years from 10 staff members in the beginning to one-ranked 90 in ALEXA among the world.
In this Dragon Boat Festival, all those invited enjoy cultural innovation industries and draw the attention from the guests highlighted by Han Kou Riverside Park.
Said by the guests:
“The level of the China’s activities is truly high because it’s everything organized on the highest level.”
“This is the biggest event of this kind that I’ve ever seen.”
“My children are big fans of video games. When I come here, I really feel the vibe and energy. So it’s fantastic.”
“Tourism can help the city prosper and I think that’s a good thing.”
There are many historical buildings along the Han Kou Riverside. The carnival brings a live breeze to the scene and gives the first visit of many guests a deep impression.
“I would like to see more of it. I haven’t seen enough. I can’t wait to go out tonight,” said Lindsey Mckeon as one of the invited actresses for the Chinese fan meeting.
Actually, the innovation industry development is just part of the Wuhan city’s Chang Jiang Axis plan, which not only links modern cultural elements with historical areas, but is also playing roles in transportation, culture, economy, ecology and scenery.
The Chang Jiang Axis plan will also include a five-layer waterfront space and nine city balconies. Wuhan will get more and more attractive with those landmarks, however more than the scenery, Wuhan is opening its arms to embrace the world with its modern, international and ecological image.
