Actor/comedian Rob Riggle is bringing 'pancake selfies' to the people with the “Pancake Selfie Express,” a mobile pancake selfie experience embarking today on a nine-city tour of the U.S.

Consumers can visit the truck to snap a selfie and have it printed on a pancake made by “The Stack Station,” the Holiday Inn Express brand’s super smart, one-touch pancake machine.

The “Pancake Selfie Express” is the latest contribution from the Holiday Inn Express brand’s very hungry Creative Director and Breakfast Excellence Honcho, actor/comedian Rob Riggle.

The funnyman is collaborating with the hotel brand through summer and fall to contribute big ideas around when, where and how travelers experience the brand’s complimentary Express Start^™ breakfast bar.
