MPA: the new Master of Public Administration offered by SDA Bocconi
Designed to help international students maximize knowledge and personal qualities for professional work in the public sector
MILAN, 17 December 2014 - The new Master of Public Administration (MPA) is a 12- month full-time program designed to help international students manage increasingly complex issues and challenges that shape the public sector and associated institutions, locally and globally. Aimed at young professionals with at least 2 years’ experience, a university degree in any discipline and fluent English, MPA is ideal for students who wish to develop the mind-set required to tackle public management issues with a global approach and want to pursue a managerial career within governmental and non-governmental organizations, international institutions, as well as private businesses working with the public sector. As well as interacting with fellow professionals from around the world, students will have contact with public sector professionals (including Bocconi Alumni) during the many activities offered by SDA Bocconi School of Management. MPA 2015 will also include the “Make a Wish” competition, a contest that encourages students to raise funds to finance scholarships for disadvantaged and talented applicants, and involves the whole class in the organization of the fundraising campaign and the selection of the deserving participants.
