It Pays to Be Remarkable with ATI Physical Therapy’s New Recruitment Initiatives
Opportunities across the country; help with student loan payments; and enhanced Mentor Program to build a Remarkable career
PR Newswire – Bolingbrook, IL – Aug. 17, 2016
ATI Physical Therapy, the nation’s largest physical therapy practice under one brand, is committed to helping patients, physical therapists and corporate employees Be Remarkable. Through a newly launched recruitment program, ATI is connecting recent graduates and experienced physical therapists to extensive opportunities across ATI’s national footprint, and demonstrating how they can build a remarkable career within the ATI family.
The Be Remarkable program consists of several unique recruitment efforts that include:
- The ATI Coast2Coast Mobility Program allows physical therapists to work and experience new and different ATI locations and markets around the U.S. for defined amounts of time. One element of the program, called 72for36, will offer recent graduates, licensed physical therapists or current ATI associates that are eligible an extra $72,000 in addition to their regular, market-competitive salary to relocate for 36 months to select markets where physical therapy services are in demand. With typical graduates of physical therapy programs carrying in excess of $100,000 in student loans, the program is design to help relieve some of that debt burden.
The 72for36 assignments are in great destinations and cities such as throughout the Chicagoland area, Seattle, Tacoma, Las Vegas, Boston, Tucson and throughout Michigan. Details can be found here www.atipt.com/careers - Through ATI’s social media channels, students who are at least a junior or a licensed physical or occupational therapist with an outstanding student loan can register to win $1,000 or $500 to help make a dent in their student loan payment. Details and complete rules can be found here www.atipt.com/careers
- The Be Remarkable Referral program allows current ATI employees as well as the general public to refer licensed clinicians for ATI employment. If the referred clinician is hired, those individuals who referred the clinician can collect from $500 to $2,500 from ATI. “Our Be Remarkable campaign is helping physical therapists, new and experienced, find the place where they can truly accomplish their goals,” said Dylan Bates, CEO of ATI Physical Therapy. “We’ve built a culture across our more than 640 locations where physical therapists can build a remarkable career that puts the patient first and provides some of the best growth opportunities in the industry. Every day, members of the ATI family help their patients accomplish remarkable results, while having the opportunity to learn and collaborate with the best in the industry.”
Through the organization’s core mission and values, ATI team members are supported at every step as they cultivate powerful, patient-centric relationships, accomplish quality patient outcomes, engage as part of a high-performing team and have an opportunity to make an impact on their community. As a partner in these values, ATI recognizes and rewards their team members with industry-leading compensation, training and development, along with a range of incentives, travel programs and a high-energy environment.
In addition to the Be Remarkable initiative, ATI recently enhanced its Clinical Excellence Program with the addition of Brett Windsor to lead it. In addition to establishing the program as a world-class structure for clinical excellence, Windsor has developed planned educational pathways, mentorship opportunities and expert specialty tracks to advance ATI employees as well as the industry as a whole.
“When you’re part of the ATI Family you get to be a meaningful part of someone’s life when they need you the most. Our goal with the Be Remarkable initiative and the Clinical Excellence Program is to attract a special kind of person; one we are committed to helping grow and reward,” said Brent Mack, Chief Operating Officer for ATI Physical Therapy. “We’re an organization that listens to the goals and understands the values of our employees. In turn, we create growth opportunities to help each individual accomplish those goals and embody those values.”
With more than 640 locations in 24 states, there are a wide range of career opportunities available across ATI.
