Dixon Hughes Goodman Announces 12 New Partners and Principals: Rising Class Reflects Commitment to Innovation and Leadership
“I’m very proud of what this year’s class means to DHG: not only are we adding 12 strong partners and principals with diverse voices and deep industry experience to our leadership team, but we are promoting leaders that we have developed ourselves,” says Matt Snow, Chief Executive Officer of DHG. “Our mission at DHG is to build valuable careers for our people and help our clients achieve their goals. These talented new partners and principals are just one example of how investing in our employees fuels great success for us and for our clients.”
Partnership growth in 2014 emphasizes several key priorities for the firm: embracing change, cultivating innovation and building leaders for tomorrow. Many of the professionals have completed or are currently enrolled in the DHG Leadership Academy, a rigorous 24-month leadership development program designed to prepare future partners and principals. Women make up one-third of the rising partners and principals, an achievement that underscores DHG’s dedication to advancing women in key business positions.
DHG goes to market as an industry and services based firm. All three of the firm’s main service lines—assurance, tax (including tax advisory) and advisory—are represented by the 2014 class, as well as all of the firm’s geographic regions. “With more than 2/3 of the new partners and principals working full time in one of our core industry groups, this accomplished class embodies a key focus of the strategy that continues to set DHG apart in the marketplace: deep industry-specific knowledge,” Snow continues.
“I congratulate all of the new partners and principals on their dedication and accomplishments. Their knowledge, passion and innovation are reflective of the continued growth of our firm and the direction in which we are headed. I could not be more optimistic about the future of Dixon Hughes Goodman,” says Snow.
